Commercial Real Estate – Sales Representative/Broker

 

The North Shore Office of Royal LePage Commercial(Royal LePage Sussex)  is expanding, and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our commercial real estate investment sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identification of potential new clients and prospective properties

• Presenting presentations to companies, private parties, investors to win mandates and listings

• Cold-calling prospects and face-to-face meeting interactions

• Closing Commercial Real Estate and Business sales & leasing transactions from start to finish

• Be able to work independently and as a member of a team 

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License

  • Driver's License and Vehicle

  • Self motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed

  • Above-average communication and relationship-building skills

  • A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy

  • Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development

  • Able to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively

  • Experience with business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity

  • Consistent in achieving and exceeding goals and monthly targets

Bonus Skills and Experiences

  • Diploma or degree in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Marketing or Urban Land

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Prior experience using CRM programs

  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  • Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.

  • Prior experience performing property valuation is considered a strong asset
