Commercial Real Estate – Sales Representative/Broker
The CRE Investment & Development Team of Royal LePage Commercial(Royal LePage Sussex) is expanding, and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our commercial real estate investment sales team.

We are looking for candidates for the below positions:
- Retail Property Sales and Leasing Specialist
- Land Development and Land Assembly Specialist
- Senior Housing Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
​
• Research and identification of potential new clients and prospective properties
• Presenting presentations to companies, private parties, investors to win mandates and listings
• Cold-calling prospects and face-to-face meeting interactions
• Closing Commercial Real Estate and Business sales & leasing transactions from start to finish
• Be able to work independently and as a member of a team
Requirements:

Real Estate License

Driver's License and Vehicle

Bonus Skills and Experiences

Diploma or degree in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Marketing or Urban Land
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Prior experience using CRM programs
-
Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
-
Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.

Prior experience performing property valuation is considered a strong asset
